What is the account verification process?

We aim to process your documents within 24 hours, however, the verification process may take a little longer during certain periods. If, after creating your account, you’re taken straight to the verification page, you will need to verify your documents before you can start playing. Sometimes we won’t need any additional documents, and you’ll be able to start playing immediately. Should you need to verify your account further down the line, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
