How can I self-exclude permanently?

If you feel you are at risk of developing gambling problems or that playing has become more than entertainment, you can self-exclude your account permanently. To do this, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, select the drop down menu, click the Responsible Gambling Controls and select 'Close my Account Permanently' with a description of the reason.
