We kindly ask you to prepare the following information when contacting us:
· The deposit method you used.
· The exact time of your deposit.
· The amount of your deposit.
· If you received any error message during the deposit process and, if so, which error?
· Were the funds deducted from the account you made your deposit from? If so, please provide a copy/screenshot of the transaction showing your full name and account number. If your deposit fails, the funds will reverse back to your bank account within five working days. Whilst funds will show as being deducted from your bank account, they are simply reserved and are kept on hold from the bank. They will be released after the process has been confirmed as declined. This is all managed by your bank and Luckiest.com has no ability to expedite the process unfortunately.
