What could happen if I lose Internet Connection while playing at Luckiest?

If your internet connection drops while playing any of our casino games, our system logs all game rounds played separately, and they will therefore be valid.

For slots rounds that were spinning during the internet connection drop, the slot would have finished the round, even if the connection was lost.

For live casino games, the bets you have placed will stand and the game will continue as other players may be involved in the same round. 

You can check all the game rounds by going to your game settings and selecting 'Game History'.

Once your internet connection is back, simply re-open the game and it will continue from where you left off.
